ACF Deakin and affiliated groups are continuing rallies outside our respective Labor MPs’ offices to say NO to the North West Shelf extension plans by Woodside.
We are now including messages demanding strong 2035 targets.
In September, the Federal Government is expected to decide Australia’s 2035 target which will guide all other national climate policies for ten years - shaping the safety, security and prosperity of our communities and environment for decades to come.
That is why it is important that we include messages concerning the 2035 climate target NOW during this critical decision-making period.
Join with other members of ACF Deakin, Eastern Rosellas Vic (formerly ACF Chisholm) and Menzies for Climate to tell Matt Gregg and the Federal Government that a "Strong 2035 Climate Plan = Safe Communities".
