Disappointingly, Woodside's NW Shelf Extension was approved last Friday, potentially extending the life of this massive climate polluting project by another 40 years!
Members of ACF Deakin, Eastern Rosellas Vic and Menzies for Climate will gather outside Matt Gregg's office this Thursday to let the Albanese Government know that this decision is not acceptable and demand that the next decision they make delivers a strong climate target for 2035.
This decision, expected to be made by the end of September, will guide all other national climate policies for the next ten years, shaping the safety, security and prosperity of our communities for decades to come.
