Join us to discover one of Brisbane's true hidden gems!
Covering 15 hectares, Sherwood Arboretum is a botanical garden devoted to trees.
The heritage-listed park features Brisbane’s most extensive collection of Australian trees, including more than 250 species. It's also a sprawling riverside park with grassy spaces, lakes and a boardwalk along the Brisbane River.
Sunday 12 July. Meet at 10am.
There is a carpark on Jolimont Street at the entrance to Sherwood Arboretum. We will meet under the covered shelter which is right near the carpark.
We will enjoy a guided walk of the Arboretum, led by Meg, who is an experienced guide and friend of the group.
Followed by coffee in a local cafe.
