Come and join us for a morning of bird spotting on the Cooks River. Meet on the Hurlstone Park side of the Lang Road Bridge, Access is via Tennent Parade, Hurlstone Park (if coming from the Earlwood side, access is from Lang Road).
If coming by train, Hurlstone Park is your closest station.
This event will kick off at 7.30AM sharp, so we can spot the early bird!
Bring your binoculars if you have them, and definitely wear your sturdy walking shoes or comfiest gumboots. dress weather appropriately: raincoat, or sunhat. Don't forget to bring your water and plenty of enthusiasm.
This event is suitable for bird and nature enthusiasts, but might not be suitable for young children with short legs and short attention spans ... Please note the nearest toilets are a 15 to 20 minute walk away.
