For the first time in eight years, the highly controversial WA Browse gas project is open to public comment after Environment Minister Murray Watt accepted ACF’s reconsideration request as valid.
This is a huge opportunity to ensure Woodside's nature and climate wrecking Browse gas project is held accountable for its climate pollution, which would have unacceptable impacts on places of national significance like the Great Barrier Reef.
We need as many submissions as possible before the deadline of Tuesday 21 July - so we’re holding a submission-writing party! This is a chance to connect with others who care, share some good conversation, and take meaningful action together.
Don’t worry if you’ve never written a submission before — we’ll provide a simple guide from ACF and support you through the process. Bring your laptop or phone, we’ll bring snacks and good vibes.
Every submission helps show decision-makers that the community wants stronger climate action. Let’s do this!
Please RSVP to let us know for catering & venue.
