Have you ever wondered "what tree is that"? 
Join with us at Whites Hill Reserve for a morning of discovery with Rod Fensham (University of Queensland) as we learn how to identify the eucalypts of Greater Brisbane’s bush reserves.

Please arrive from 7:30am for an 8:00am start:

  • from 7:30am Information tables, book sales & meet the sponsors & Rod.
  • 8:00 - 8.30am Welcome & Introduction to Eucalypts
  • 8:30 - 10:00 Walking tour (s) with Rod Fensham
  • 10:00 - 10:15 Morning tea & information tables
  • 10:15 - 11:00 Q&A and Wrap-Up with Rod Fensham
  • Noon: Event ends

Please bring: 

  • A water bottle, sun screen & a hat
  • Comfortable walking shoes (uppaved trail)
  • Folding chair & tea cup for afterwards
  • Your mobile phone with QR reader

Rod’s book “ACE Guide to Eucalypts” will be available for cash sale ($20) prior to the tour. It's an amazing field guide to Brisbane eucalypts.
