Join ACF People Power Adelaide for the Climate-Conscious Scavenger Hunt in Tarndanya/Adelaide!

Discover the Adelaide CBD through a green lens. The hunt includes a variety of fun, interactive challenges, allowing you to observe biodiversity, find green initiatives, and propose areas for improvement on how we can better embrace and collaborate with nature in our beautiful city.
We will meet at the Adelaide Riverbank Lawns at 2pm, have a brief introduction and welcome circle before splitting off into groups and beginning the challenge. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early so we have optimal scavenging time!
The hunt aspect is purely to discover the wonders of the beautiful land in Tardanya/Adelaide, you will be asked to take some photos, but please do not touch or interact with plants or wildlife that you may encounter along the experience.
Come along to meet new people, find out how you can be more active in the community, and come away with a strengthened love for the environment.
Psst, yes, there'll be a prize for the team with the most points but everyone gets a little something to say thank you for coming!

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult but only need to reserve for one place

Please monitor weather forecast and dress accordingly as the majority of this event will be outdoors

Accessibility: This event requires movement across the CBD and potentially taking public transport. If you would like an adapted program, please contact me so we can still make it as fun and inclusive as possible

If you would like to make a donation, there is the option, but we aim to make this event accessible for all.

This event is free (see below), however, spaces are limited, if you are unable to make the event please inform us and cancel your ticket to give someone else the chance to get in on the action.

If you see any injured wildlife, please do not interact with them, contact me and I will be able to direct you to the correct person to communicate with.
