The final hearing of Warburton Environment vs DEECA court case is about to begin — and this is our moment to stand up for Victoria’s forests.

On Monday, 1 September 2025, the hearings open at the Melbourne Federal Court, 305 William Street, Melbourne, VIC.

Time: 9:30 am ( to allow time for security screening)
- Court sits 10:15 am – 1:00 pm and 2:15 pm – 4:15 pm daily.

Place: Outside Le Will Café (305 William Street) — directly above Flagstaff Station. From there, it’s just a short walk south to the court entrance.
The case is expected to run for 7 days, but our priority is showing strength on Day One. If you can’t attend on the first day, you’re welcome to come another day.
