How do you have conversations with people that drive them to action?

ChangeMakers is running a session on Thursday 17th September on using the conversation tool: Anger, Hope, Action.

This is a different conversational practice than the relational meeting – and is designed to work with people in target communities (like a workplace, or an organisation) who are in a space where a campaign is building. The tool explores the specific challenges they face, what change could mean, and encourages them to take action. The tool is a persuasion tool designed to get people to take action.

This session teaches the purpose of the tool, models the tool, provides space for using and practicing the tool, and explores some case studies of when and how it has been applied.

After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The webinar starts at 5pm AEST – so that's 5pm in ACT, NSW, TAS, QLD and VIC; 4:30pm in the NT and SA; and 3pm in WA.

ChangeMakers Organising School is independently run by ChangeMakers podcast and is now in its second season. Every Thursday at 5pm a group of Australian organisers will deliver a free 1 and a 1/2 hour training on the art of change making. While these trainings are running as a series, each week’s topic is self-contained and stands alone so don’t worry if you haven’t attended any of the previous sessions.

ACF will not pass on your contact details if you RSVP, however once you attend the event via zoom the host may collect your contact details to follow up with you. For more information about ChangeMakers Organising School see their website here.
