We are inviting you to join our training session on facilitating online meetings.
The increasing importance of using online meeting tools such as Zoom is becoming a permanent fixture in effective communication in the work place and among community groups. If Zoom feels a little confusing then this training session will help you build a foundational understanding to improve your confidence. We will cover facilitation techniques for online meetings, how to create, start and run a meeting using Zoom, we'll go over Zoom functions including assigning co-hosts, sharing screens, helping participants change their view, muting and a few other basics to get you started!
The online training starts at 6.30 pm AEDT – so that's 6.30 pm in ACT, NSW, TAS, and VIC; 6 pm in the SA; 5.30 pm in QLD and the NT; 3.30 pm in WA.
The training will go for an hour and a half.
Who is this training for?
- Community group members who have never hosted an online meeting before
- Community group members who want to learn how to create and host a Zoom meeting
- Community group members that are looking to sharpen their online facilitation skills
- Community group members that are keen to learn Zoom functions like breakout rooms and sharing presentation slides
