Join ACF Lower North Shore Community for our first event in 2021!
Enjoy a walk in the park beforehand if you like. We would like to start off 2021 with a social event where you can learn more about ACF and our program plus meet other likeminded people who are passionate about nature and environmental advocacy.
We are going to meet at Koonjeeree Picnic Area which is closer to the Millwood Avenue (Chatswood) entrance. There is shelter at this spot (Koonjeree site--no 1) and it is disability accessible. Parking is $8 in the park or free on Lady Game drive.
Bring your own lunch, snack, water or a just a cuppa--whatever suits. We'd also suggest bringing your own hat and sunscreen.
We will be there from 10 am-12.30 pm. Look out for the ACF banner / sign.
It's up to all of us to slow the spread of COVID-19. Please stay home and do not attend this event if you feel unwell or if you are showing any COVID symptoms (fever, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat or fatigue). Additionally, do not attend the event if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have had direct contact with an individual diagnosed with or suspected to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
