Join us for a guided walk and education session with local marine biologist Phil Coleman and Fiona van Dort from Friends of Long Reef Acquatic Reserve.
We will meet at Long Reef Education Room for a fascinating day of discovery. At 12:30pm we will enjoy a 20-minute talk by Fiona van Dort and Phil Colman, followed by a guided 3.5km walk along the beach and reef to uncover its unique ecology and geology. Climb to the lookout for sweeping coastal views and learn about the Golf Club’s award-winning environmental achievements.
Bring your own lunch to enjoy at the lookout, then continue to Collaroy Beach to hear about a century of coastal erosion management.
