Join the ACF Eastern Sydney crew for a morning walk in the beautiful Malabar Headland National Park. Admire the bird life on land and the mammals offshore! We will have some avid twitchers with us who will identify the birds for us so bring your binoculars. Grab a coffee with the group at Malabar before heading home. It's a great chance to enjoy the nature we have in our very own backyard. Join us!
We will meet at the South Maroubra Car Park - look out for someone wearing an ACF shirt!
We'll follow the Boora Point walk around to Malabar where we will stop in for a coffee by the beach! We'll then head back around to Maroubra via the Western Escarpment track.
All up it will be about a 7km walk. The track is largely sealed paths, but there are a two 500m stretches of uneven and unsealed surfaces. There are some stairs, but it's not a very steep walk at all as it follows the cliffs around the bay.
