For the third year running, ACF Eastern Sydney will be taking to the streets for the Bob Brown Foundation March for Forests and we’d love you to join us.
📍 Sydney, Hyde Park
📅 Sunday, March 22
⏰ 10.45 am
This is always a fantastic, feel-good day and a chance to come together with a passionate community, soak up the energy, and stand up for something that truly matters: our forests. And right now, they need us more than ever.
Despite new nature protection laws and the NSW Govt commitment to create the Great Koala National Park, native forest logging is still continuing across NSW and Tasmania in particular. Even more concerning, this destruction in NSW is being carried out by the state-owned NSW Forestry Corporation at a massive financial loss.
That means that we taxpayers are effectively funding ecological damage to some of our most precious habitats.
It doesn’t make sense. And it needs to stop.
That’s why we march.
Whether you’ve joined us before or this will be your first time, come along. Bring a friend, your family, or just yourself. There’s something powerful about showing up together and it genuinely makes a difference. The bigger the crowd, the bigger the impact! Let’s do this together.
See you there 🌿
