We’ll be rolling up our sleeves for a day of weeding and planting in this beautiful park — a place that exists thanks to more than two decades of dedication from nature‑loving volunteers. 🌳🙌🌿🌏

Schedule
9:30am Introduction to the volunteer activities & safety briefing.
10:00-11:00am Volunteer activity.
11:00-11:30am Coffee, tea and biscuits.
11:30am-12:30pm Volunteer activity.
👉 Meeting location: We are meeting at the usual BBQ shelter within Westgate Park, Port Melbourne VIC (next to the toilet block). From the Todd Road Car Park, walk approximately 200 metres into the park along the footpath.
🌱🐢🌏 What to Bring
This is Melbourne! Please bring a hat, sunscreen, jacket, reusable water bottle, enclosed shoes and gardening gloves (extra gloves will be available). All gardening equipment is provided.
Share a cuppa with us! Morning tea is on us, but feel free to bring some biscuits to share or your favourite herbal tea - a reusable cup for yourself would be especially appreciated.
