The Federal Government is days away from announcing their plans for Australia’s nature laws.
The ACF community have been putting pressure on the Albanese Government to make sure we have the strongest possible nature laws.
Community group members and leaders are invited to join us online on Thursday 30th October at 3pm-4.30pm AEDT to get the inside scoop on where the nature laws are up to.

When: Thursday, 30th October, 3pm-4.30pm AEDT (that’s a start time of 3pm in NSW, ACT, VIC and TAS, 2.30pm in SA, 2pm in QLD, 1.30PM in NT and 12pm in WA).

If we get these laws right, it could mean:
✅ Stopping extinctions and restoring nature
✅ Ending the deforestation loopholes that enable rogue bulldozing of our forests and woodlands.
✅ An independent and accountable decision making that stops big polluter dodging the law and ends illegal bulldozing of the bush
✅ Embedding climate harm in decision-making, so communities and wildlife are protected from mounting reef bleaching, algae blooms, and extreme fires and floods that are being turbo charged by burning coal and gas.
