Hi,
Enjoy the wildflowers with us on a bushwalk near the Slippery Dip track on Sunday 10 August.
Our leader is Conny Harris, a dedicated environmentalist with encyclopaedic knowledge of our the local flora and fauna. Conny has worked tirelessly for over 25 years, organising and carrying out bush regeneration programs across our local area.
We start at the head of the fire trail on Morgan Road, then head down to the waterfall for lunch. This 7 kilometre walk will take a leisurely 3 hours.
Conny will help us discover the local flora - the wildflowers have started already and are magnificent. The catchment traverse is a spectacular walk and, as it’s still cool, the sunny exposure is also very nice.
