We've got some good news: ACF Community Darebin is back, and we would love to invite you to join our local campaign to pressure Coles and Woolworths to leave the Business Council of Australia!
There's never been a more important time to take action on climate action and protecting nature, and we need all the energy and help you can bring to rebuild this group and take action.
Local ACF Community groups:
- Meet regularly to plan campaign actions
- Demand elected representatives speed the shift to clean energy
- Host community events to educate the public
- Work with friends, neighbours and local groups to build people power
We are hosting an information session on Tuesday 29th October, where we will get to know each other better, talk about our vision, how ACF Community groups work and upcoming actions. Michael Pulsford, ACF's Community Organiser for our area, will also be there to fill us in on the campaign context and the support ACF offers to local groups.
ACF Community Darebin is part of a network of independently organised, volunteer-run groups in the ACF community. ACF will pass on your contact details to the host for the purpose of running the event.
