Join us at the Sustainable Living Festival!
As a valued member of the ACF community, we’d love you to be a part of our stall by signing up for a shift (or more than one!) between 8-10 February. This is a great opportunity to have conversations with like-minded people and grow our community of people taking action to stand up for nature!
This year we have our very own VR experience that will transport people to the Daintree Rainforest! We’ll be asking the community to sign our nature law petition, have beautifully illustrated animal patches for purchase as well as a colouring corner for kids and creatives.
Meet our friendly staff at the stall throughout the weekend, including our Nature Campaigner, Jess Abrahams, who will be at the stall on Saturday to chat with people about our plan for a new generation of nature laws to protect the places we love.
It’s going to be a really fun weekend and we hope to see you there!
The virtual reality, Daintree: A Nature Legacy, experience was narrated by scientist, politician, and environmental campaigner, Mike Berwick, this visually stunning and inspiring virtual reality experience recounts one of the greatest ecological battles ever fought in Australia's history when the Daintree came disastrously close to destruction.
