The Member for Bonner, Ross Vasta, did not come along to the candidate's forum to face questions from community about his stance on taking climate action - that's why we're going to walk out on school, work and uni to deliver some of the unanswered questions on climate.
This is an opportunity for the kids and adults of the Bonner electorate to come together and show Ross Vasta that the community want strong action to mitigate climate damage!
After the office action we will head down to the seafront and mark with chalk the predicted height of sea level rise in our local area. By the year 2100 Wynnum's iconic foreshore will feel the impacts of sea level rise. Let's mark it out and get people talking about the real impacts in our own backyard!
