ACF Deakin and ACF Chisholm volunteers will be running another visibility event in Nunawading to spread the message that the community says Yes to Protecting Nature, Yes to Renewables, No to Nuclear and No to New Coal and Gas! ACF Chisholm have been holding these visibility events regularly over the past few weeks and have had a positive response from community. ACF Deakin are happy to be joining them!
We'll be meeting on the north east corner of the intersection of Whitehorse Rd and Springvale Rd, outside the McDonalds. Parking there or in the nearby service road should be practical. The Nunawading Train Station is a 5 minute walk away.
We will have a stock of the ACF yard signs to hold up or you can get creative and make your own sign! Members of all alliance groups working in the area are welcome to join in.
Feel free to leave earlier if you need to get to. For those who have time, we'll be heading out for a social coffee together after the event.
