Join us on Friday 30 October as we take over 1000 petition signatures in the form of fish and coral postcards on a big reef banner from around Peter Khalil's electorate to an action outside his office!
Let's show him how much this community cares about the future of our reefs. Come join us and make the moment special!

What: Deliver our petition and banner + afterwards have a drink at BrewDog Pentridge.
When: 4pm meet outside MP Khalil's office on Sydney Rd. 5pm walk up to the pub.
Bonus points for those who dress up in either ocean or reef themed attire!
The Situation: Right now, Woodside is planning to damage an iconic Aussie coral reef for export profits.
Woodside’s proposed Browse gas drilling at Scott Reef would be disastrous for nature, climate and communities, destroying a pristine oasis for endangered whales and turtles.
The pollution from this gas will worsen the climate crisis, turbocharging bleaching from the Great Barrier Reef to Ningaloo and exposing Aussie families to more extreme, more frequent disasters.
Whether you’ve volunteered with ACF before, are reconnecting after some time away, or are simply curious to get more involved, this is for you.
If you can't make this date, look out for more opportunities to get involved on our ACF Community Melbourne NxNW group page.
