Nature needs us, now. At ACF Richmond, we are looking to build a climate for housing and habitat, and we do this in two ways: advocating for climate solutions and protecting nature.
Come along Wednesday 3 April to engage in a virtual letter-writing session with ACF Community Organiser Drew Beacom. All are welcome to participate, from the skilled advocates wanting to write with others to those writing their first letter and wanting to learn more.
We will be writing to local member Justine Elliot on the need to protect nature, looking at the Save Wallum Campaign as a case study, and/or on the need to champion renewable energy solutions to protect our climate and environment.
The session will begin with a brief outline of what makes an effective letter followed by an open letter writing session whereby people can share information and advice.
