Let's get together for a day of ACTION for climate and nature!
ACF has some beautiful yard signs that we want to get out in community in our target electorates of Wills, Kooyong and Deakin. You may have already seen some of these around your neighbourhood, well imagine seeing hundreds more of these up and around ahead of the next election!
ACF Deakin will be getting together for a social morning tea before we buddy you up into pairs to deliver yard signs to supporters in the Deakin electorate who have requested one. We'll then regroup in the afternoon to celebrate a days hard work together. The last time we had a yard-sign delivery blitz day, we had a lot of fun! I had a great time driving around the electorate with my delivery buddy and we always had lovely conversations with the supporters we dropped off signs to who were very grateful for the delivery. The plan for the day is:
- 10am - Get together at Bedford Park Community Garden for morning tea
- 11am - Buddy up and drive out to deliver yard signs to host locations around Deakin
- 1.30pm - Regroup and celebrate our good work
Join us for part or all of the day, whatever you can manage! If you can bring your car and are happy to be a driver let us know. We won't need everyone to drive but we do need to have a sense of how many cars we've got for the day.
